ANC call for 'dompas' okay?

Sizakele Nkosi-Malobane, MEC for community safety in Gauteng, makes good points about how to improve community safety.

However, he suggests "farmworkers must be legal and documented and have profile cards which are verified at local stations".

Surely that is the "dompas" the ANC went berserk about when it was introduced in Worcester?

If the ANC suggests it, it is fine but the DA dare not do so as it is racist?
