Dear President Jacob Zuma, You will be aware of the serious situation and consequences resulting from the anarchy prevailing throughout your government.Do you realise the R30-billion needed to prop up state enterprises will come from taxpayers in the form of a stealth tax, and that these funds will be denied to the economy for more pressing developmental projects?Eskom, SAA, the Post Office, Telkom, the NPA, to name a few, lack leadership skills needed to reverse the continuing decline.
