Zuma must fall - but how?

In response to the excellent column by Justice Malala ("President or mob boss", March 30), I would like to ask to what avail he says all South Africans should "scream, shout and otherwise protest" when, by his own clear admission, the president is above the law and the constitution and cannot and will not be held accountable.
