14-year-old in serious condition after gun accident

A 14-year-old was in a serious condition on Monday morning after he suffering an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to his leg at a residence in the rural area of Douglas near Ladysmith. ER24 its paramedics found that the patient had sustained a gunshot to his thigh.It is understood that the teenager was playing with the firearm when it accidently went off.
