Eskom should be able to meet weekend demand

Despite a midweek power demand deficit causing load-shedding to be implemented on Wednesday and Thursday‚ there is a good chance of an outage-free weekend. Just after bragging about its ability to keep the lights on for much of the past week‚ Eskom on Wednesday had to resort to stage 2 load-shedding.
