Fat chance for fast food

Plymouth, in England, has a big problem - its fat ratepayers. According to a Daily Telegraph report on its website, the Plymouth City Council rejected Mohammed Rafic's application to open a food shop because much of its populace suffers from "excess weight".The shop would have sold take-away fish and chips, kebabs and fried chicken.
