Ramokgopa's address 'must give answers'

Tshwane mayor Kgosientso Ramokgopa will today deliver his state of the capital address at Freedom Park in Pretoria. He is likely to be steadfast on commitments to the city's 2055 vision. The vision envisages "a resource-efficient city, with quality infrastructure development, a reliable public transportation sector and innovative governance practices".
