'No way' will new visa rules be delayed

Home Affairs will go ahead with the implementation of new travel regulations for children despite continuing calls for a delay. From Monday, the parentage of all children travelling to or from South Africa will have to be verified by an unabridged birth certificate - or their home country's equivalent - and proof of the permission of both parents for the child to travel will be required.
