Noakes fights off attack by sugar

"Professor of food" Tim Noakes came face-to-face with his arch-enemy, sugar, when one of the stars of YouTube video series Suzelle DIY tried to stuff syrupy koeksisters into his mouth. Noakes joined Suzelle DIY to create a YouTube video on "how to make a pizza out of cauliflower" instead of flour.The video was uploaded yesterday and in nine hours had been viewed 26000 times.
