PSL match-fixing probe put on ice

The investigation into the alleged match-fixing of PSL games is unlikely to be concluded before the promotion play-offs end on Wednesday. PSL CEO Brand de Villiers confirmed yesterday that investigators were "still busy" looking into a complaint made by Moroka Swallows two weeks ago.Swallows, who avoided automatic relegation by finishing second from bottom of the table, accused Free State Stars of influencing the outcome of a match in the final weeks of the season.
