Refs review unit to ring changes

Under fire for being a body that seems to exist in name only, the referee's review committee will strengthen its role in the Premier Soccer League next season by attending games and interrogating match commissioners, whose reports it relies on to do its job. This was the promise made by committee chairman Didiza Ngutshana this week following a 2014-2015 season in which referees were again under the microscope for questionable decisions.
