Jail time is all part of the job for City of Joburg employee

Employees not arriving for work is something that bosses are familiar with. But few would have experienced an absent worker rocking up after a spell in prison. This was the situation faced by the City of Johannesburg's group risk and assurance services department.An internal auditor couldn't report for duty as he was languishing in jail after being convicted on 59 charges of fraud.
