Murder accused allowed to write their June exams

Five suspected schoolboy murderers have been given a temporary reprieve - they have escaped police detention, but only until their exams are over. Despite being charged with murder in an act described by police as vigilantism, five Durban high school pupils will be allowed to write exams this week.The five - all pupils at Mqhawe High School in Inanda, north of Durban - have been released from the Inanda Police Station after being held for nearly a month.
