This year's Youth Day marks 39 years since Soweto students took to the streets to protest against being forced to learn in Afrikaans. The struggle continues for the youth of today. They also have challenges such as xenophobia, unemployment and drug abuse.As the youth we should not allow our beautiful country to go down the drain as a result of things we can rectify.
