The Bulls' "rollercoaster" Super rugby season was not what their departing senior players had hoped for, erstwhile captain Pierre Spies said. Spies admitted that rumours swirling around coach Frans Ludeke's job ahead of their final match of the season against the Cheetahs also disrupted the players in their 29-42 defeat to the Free State team.
