Call for car guards to get training and an official ticket

The car guard you entrust your vehicle with could be a criminal. The Private Security Regulatory Authority's communications, registration and training deputy director, Mpho Mofikoe, said yesterday that every car guard should possess a Grade E security certificate, however less than 18000 are in fact registered.
