Sporting take extra week for training in Cape

Portuguese football giants Sporting Lisbon have decided to add an extra seven days onto their trip to South Africa next month, when they will compete in the Cape Town Cup. Sporting return to the country for the first time in more than two decades to play against Ajax Cape Town, Supersport United and English premier league side Crystal Palace in the Mother City on July 24 and 26.
