Congress delayed over 'un-ANC' tendencies

The ANC Youth League congress scheduled for this week has been postponed. Minister of Arts and Culture Nathi Mthethwa, who is also the co-ordinator of the national conference preparatory committee, said yesterday the ANCYL would have to deal with "un-ANC tendencies first" before a congress could be held.
