Neil Tovey 'outclassed' rivals

Neil Tovey's presentation had been "head and shoulders" above that of the other six South African candidates interviewed for the Safa technical director post, a source told The Times. The new technical director will oversee and accelerate the coaching of coaches, said Safa CEO Dennis Mumble at the announcement of the appointment.
