Internationally acclaimed British architect David Adjaye has turned his talents to creating furniture and rugs in collaboration with modern design company Knoll. Adjaye was born in Tanzania to Ghanaian parents and, according to his website, his influences range from contemporary art, music and science to African art forms and the civic life of cities.
