Grade 1 pupil killed in East London hit-and-run

An East London Grade 1 pupil who was on her way to school on Monday morning was hit and killed by a scholar transport vehicle in a hit-and-run incident. Seven-year-old Indiphile Hibana from Thembalethu‚ in Reeston‚ was hit by a navy Ford bakkie‚ according to eyewitnesses. She was making her way to a pick-up point where pupils are collected by bus at 7am.
