ANC axes 4 mayors as local polls draw closer

In a bid to improve service delivery before the local government elections, the party has expelled four of its mayors in Mpumalanga. ANC provincial secretary Lucky Ndinisa conceded that though the party had made substantial progress in delivering services, its state of governance and political leadership in some municipalities was poor.
