Sweet potato pizza Ingredients240g (2 cups) cake flour, plus extra10g (1 sachet) instant yeast5ml (1 tsp) sugar10ml (2 tsp) salt250ml (1 cup) lukewarm water30ml (2 tbsp) olive oil, plus extra for drizzling2 large sweet potatoes, sliced and parboiled1 red onion, finely slicedHandful black olives, pittedSalt and black pepper4-5 fronds of fresh rosemaryMethodFor the pizza base, combine the flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
