Dear Premier David Makhuru I write on behalf of those living and working in Johannesburg who are killed, robbed, intimidated, and brutalised by criminals on a daily basis. Black, white, the aged, women, children, physically and mentally challenged, no one is spared.Johannesburg is in a state of emergency due to the level of crime.
