The man accused of raping more than 20 children in Tembisa and Olifantsfontein applied a muthi-like substance on two of his victims to turn them into "idiots"‚ the Johannesburg High Court heard. Peter Dashboy Khoza is on trial in the high court sitting at the Palm Ridge Magistrate's Court‚ southeast‚ of Johannesburg.
