Government inaction over Marikana an affront to the dead

Do black lives matter in this country? If so, the continuing noises about the Marikana report, and how our government should act in accordance with its recommendations, is baffling. Three years after the killing of mineworkers, security and police officers, we are still debating - why? Again yesterday we were subjected to speeches by politicians, and rowdiness in the almost empty parliament.
