Shaking it up: A stirring occasion for bartenders

For the next week or so, Cape Town is playing host to 54 of the best international bartenders. From Monday, the 2015 World Class Global finalists will be mixing drinks for judges at the V&A Waterfront. And on September 4, they will compete for the top prize.Domenico de Lorenzo, from Molecular Bars in Johannesburg, will be among those mixing it up for this grand prize of the cocktail world.
