Joburg Roads Agency budgets R99 million for Region B’s 'relatively developed suburbs'

The “lion’s share” of the R99-million earmarked by the Johannesburg Roads Agency (JRA) for the city’s Region B will go to repairing “surfaces before they become difficult and expensive to fix”. R37-million of the 2015-2016 financial year’s R69-million capital expenditure budget “will go towards the road resurfacing programme in all the region’s suburbs”‚ a JRA statement said.
