The Chief Justice of South Africa‚ Judge Mogoeng Mogoeng on Tuesday expressed his deep sadness at the passing on Tuesday of former Constitutional Court judge‚ Thembile Lewis Skweyiya. In a tribute to the late Skweyiya‚ Mogoeng said‚ “We received news of the passing of former justice Skweyiya with deep sadness.
