Minister vows no secrecy in nuke deals

Energy Minister Tina Joemat-Pettersson has committed the government to transparent and cost-effective nuclear energy procurement, saying there is no rush to strike a deal. She said the funding model for the contentious procurement was being determined by government stakeholders, the Treasury and the Energy Department.
