Department of Education intervenes in ‘Charlie Charlie’ craze - video

An occult-like game being played by older Nelson Mandela Bay schoolchildren has seen police‚ teachers and the provincial Department of Education teaming up to put an end to the craze which freaked out pupils at a Uitenhage school recently. The issue has been deemed serious enough for the department to dispatch officials to investigate‚ together with school authorities‚ the “Charlie Charlie Challenge”.
