Suspected Kruger poachers jailed

Two Mozambican nationals believed to have snuck into the Kruger National Park in an attempt to poach a rhino have each been sentenced to 11 years behind bars. Phinias Sithole, 23, and France Nkuna, 22, were convicted and sentenced at the White River Magistrate's Court in Mpumalanga on Monday.Police spokesman Brigadier Vishnu Naidoo said the pair were discovered on October 27 by field rangers in the Lower Sabie section of the park.
