At halftime, and 2-0 down to Maritzburg United, in Steve Komphela's first match as Kaizer Chiefs coach, the club's fans must have thought there was no chance of successfully defending the MTN8 title they won last season with Stuart Baxter. Chiefs recovered to win 5-3 and are on course to defend the title, with Ajax Cape Town their opponents in the final at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Saturday.
