Women nurture the seeds of farming knowledge

Scores of women travelled to East London yesterday to receive tips on how to grow big by starting to farm small during a two-day training programme organised by the SA Network on Inequality. The women, who have turned most of their yard space into gardens, were trained and encouraged to focus on agro-ecological farming.
