Don't worry Mzansi, Miss Earth South Africa is tackling the country's water crisis. Carla Viktor, 24, will be representing South Africa in Austria next month where she hopes to tap other eco-friendly minds about climate change and environmental issues such as those placing South Africa's water supply under threat.
