If you want to live in one of South Africa’s ten most expensive suburbs‚ you’re going to have to shell out at least R10-million on a house. The national average price of a house in the country hit the R1-million mark earlier this year‚ according to FNB‚ but the average price in the leafiest of districts is a cool R10-million.
