Cinnamon and almond banana smoothie Ingredients2 large bananas (360g)30ml (2 tbsp) flaked almonds5ml (1 tsp) vanilla essence5ml (1 tsp) ground cinnamon250ml (1 cup) fat-free vanilla yoghurtMethodPlace all the ingredients in a blender, whizz till smooth and serve immediately with ice. Serves 3.
