Business owners in Kalk Bay are overjoyed at the City of Cape Town's announcement that long-term work on Main Road will be put on hold from December 15 to January 24. A one-lane stop/go system while water mains and the road are upgraded has caused long delays for months."[The roadworks] seriously impact our business.
