Cape Town is in the running to win a prestigious travel award as the World’s Best City for the fourth year in a row. With more than 30‚000 votes counted so far in the UK Telegraph Travel's annual awards‚ South Africa’s photogenic Mother City - where Prince Harry is currently highlighting various charity initiatives‚ including those trying to combat HIV infection and gangsterism - is outshining the competition.
