Italy's king of pasta in drive-by shooting

A businessman known as the "king of pasta" in southern Italy was shot at a dozen times in his car, in an attack thought to be linked to his refusal to pay protection money to the Mafia. Ciro Moccia, owner of one of Italy's most famous pasta makers, was waiting in his Mercedes-Benz for the electric gate to open outside his home near Gragnano, south of Naples, on Friday night when a gunman came alongside on a moped and emptied his pistol.
