Student funding task team warns of factors that could lead to varsity protests

President Jacob Zuma's task team on university student funding has identified four key factors that could lead to potential protests early in 2016 for which it says universities need to prepare. These include upfront fee or registration payments at the start of the 2016 academic year and the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) shortfall.
