Peak-hour streaker said to be a 'mentally disturbed homeless man'

Johannesburg Metro Police Department officers (JMPD) were dispatched to the stretch of Johannesburg highway where a naked man was seen walking through peak-hour traffic on Thursday morning. Chief Superintendent Wayne Minnaar told TMG Digital that he was aware of sightings of the man on the busy M1 and said he believed it could be a “mentally disturbed homeless man” that the JMPD had encountered previously.
