Municipal official given written warning for saying he wants to cut out whites' tongues with a machete

An official of the Oudtshoorn municipality in the Western Cape accused of hate speech against whites on his Facebook page has got away with a written warning after an internal investigation. Vuyisa (Forplay) Bhefile Ka Hlazo posted a message on his Facebook in November 2015 stating: “You know I can’t wait for the day the majority in this country would say ‘we have tolerated enough your white s… racist tendencies…’.
