Strike: Durban calls in the cops

The police have been called on to ensure that Durban's traffic is not disrupted by "irresponsible, inconsiderate and unlawful acts". eThekwini municipality and its bus-service operator, Tansnat Durban, said law enforcement agencies had been asked to prevent a repeat of the chaos caused by yesterday's bus drivers' strike.
