More than a third of KwaZulu-Natal households can't get no satisfaction from their provincial government. A citizen satisfaction survey has revealed that 36% of 20819 households across the province are dissatisfied with provincial government's overall performance."We have 33% of people who are outright satisfied, 36% of people who are outright dissatisfied and 31% who are somewhat satisfied.
