Tomorrow custom dictates that South Africans huddle around their televisions and take turns tutting disapprovingly at President Jacob Zuma's annual State of the Nation speech. Generally it's a pretty bland affair, spiced heavily with MPs in their version of haute couture, some of it resembling Ronald McDonald's latest acid trip.
