SABC employee loses case

The SABC and its controversial chief operations officer Hlaudi Motsoeneng have been vindicated following a High Court action by a senior employee who challenged disciplinary action against him.SABC group executive of technology Siphokuhle Masinga filed an application in the Western Cape High Court seeking relief following efforts by the national broadcaster to implement disciplinary action against him and, subsequently, terminate his employment.
