The latest tactic adopted by the SA Roads Agency of appointing a debt collection agency to "hound" people for payment of e-toll debts could backfire on it, Justice Project South Africa warned yesterday.The organisation joined the Automobile Association and the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse - formerly known as the Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance - in condemning threatening SMSes sent to motorists.
