Expect a traffic nightmare

Joburg residents are in for more traffic woes after Johannesburg Roads Agency announced the second M1 rehabilitation phase to commence at the end of the month. The second phase, costing R210- million, entails extensive work on the double-decker bridge, which involves structural repairs, asphalt surfacing, expansion joints and drainage system repairs.
