Arrest warrant issued for Rhodes Memorial rape suspect

A warrant of arrest has been issued for Patrick Hlomane‚ who‚ Western Cape police said‚ “attacked a 23-year-old female victim at the bottom of Rhodes Memorial and raped her” last year.Police said there is a “possibility that the same suspect could be linked to similar cases in the same area is also being investigated”.
